Democratic Senators Ben Nelson of Nebraska, Bernie Saunders of Vermont, Mary Landrieu of Louisiana and Independent (Ha!) Carl Levin of Michigan all took money for their states to give liberals the orgasm that they have been holding back for 100 years.  Nelson got a permanent exemption from state share of Medicaid expansion.  It is an exemption for them, but a $45 million increase in taxes for the rest of us.  Being from Colorado this upsets me the most.  Saunders got $10 million in additional funding for healthcare centers in Vermont.  No doubt to help pay for the expected increase of abortions going to be funded by taxpayer.  Landrieu got $300 million increase to Medicaid for Louisiana and Levin got an exemption from an excise tax again that will be paid for by us.

I do not support government-run healthcare in any form.  The way I interpreted the bill, if…oops! when passed will deny healthcare coverage to 34 million Americans.  That is up from the 11 million it is under the current system.  I have said it before and I will say it again COVERAGE for everyone is not ACCESS for everyone.  Sure we will all have a healthcare plan come the New Year, but will we be able to make same day appointments, get the latest and greatest advances in the field?  I say no.  There will simply not be enough resources.  The ultimate plan is for insurance companies (and their anger causing 2% profit margin) to go out of business.  Great, the unemployment rate should be 20% by the end of next year.   With that being said what is going to be offered to me to get me to support this disaster.  In the sprit of Christmas I have made a list:  I want a private plane similar to Air Force One.  This one might be tricky because liberals lie about global warming.  To increase my yearly salary 3% above all the increased taxes.  This one should be easy since liberals support a livable wage.  Tickets to all Broncos’ away games so that I have some destinations for my new plane.  And lastly, I would like to be left the hell alone.  No more EPA threats, no more regulations on my home and hands off my health care.

I oppose this disaster on many fronts but mostly because Harry Ried thinks this is a good idea.  Ben Nelson may defer his comments to have Harry Ried speak for him.  I do not.
